Teachings & Treats

We began a new initiative to actively "teaching" and challenge the kids we encounter using games with mathematical sums or general knowledge trivia session. Children are rewarded with toys, books or "treats"  after completing tasks correctly.

 We ensure to assist the children along the way, when needed, to encourage trial and error as well as learning from mistakes. This ensures that, not only do we provide access to education but support them in finessing it. 

We did this in various slums around Mumbai, like Poisar, Kandivali and Devipada, Borivali. We spoke in regional languages to make it easier for them to understand our question and guide them more efficiently.
